Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly using Royal Mail.
Most customers receive their order within a few days, although please allow up to 14 days depending on how your order is placed.
Payment is taken when you place your order, and your 90-day guarantee begins from the day you receive your order.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident trying any product from Living Range.
If it’s not quite right for you, simply return it within 90 days and we’ll arrange a refund—no fuss, no pressure.
Many customers find our products become part of their everyday routine, but if yours doesn’t suit your needs, returning it is straightforward.

Returning an Item
To return a product, just send it back within 90 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number where possible. If you don’t have this, your name, address and phone number will be enough for us to locate your order.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- A small £2.95 handling fee applies to returned items
